Reasonable Expectations for The One-Day Cup
We are now halfway through the group phase of the one-day cup campaign. I think it is fair to say that while we all knew that we had some talented youngsters coming through they have surpassed our expectations.
So, without getting carried away, what are your reasonable expectations for the rest of the competition? Should we all be planning to go to Trent Bridge on the 19th or is that too much to ask?

Anything beyond the Group Stage is a huge bonus this year; the obvious development across just a few games shows just how much talent the club has coming through particularly in bowling albeit the batting remains heavily dependant on the older generation.
A semi final place would be a good result given.the inexperienced players we have, but having said that if we avoid Essex who look to be the strongest team in the competition then maybe, just maybe we can go all the way.
An away point at the Oval - whatever next ?
